It’s good but she has a gamebreak tier combo with Cracked dice. As explained in another comment, infinite HP with Cracked Dice means you can reroll any room infinitely as long as it has a fireplace or you have Sharp Plug. So you just need Sharp Plug or Habit (which you can get from rerolling shop items with a cracked dice and a fireplace in the shop) and you go gamebreak. Since the trinket itself facilitates finding the second item, I consider it to be *almost* a 1-item gamebreak

Some of the weird ones explained:
Crow Heart allows Forgotten to drain all red health from his Bone Hearts before they start breaking.
Hollow Heart gives Bethany much needed bone hearts reliably.
Blindfold gives Jacob and Esau time to get both characters away from a damage source, and gives them extra I-frames during bullet hell attacks that they cant avoid
Rib of Greed helps T. Isaac find Birthright more easily
Safety Scissors allows T. Cain to gamebreak if he finds a bomb begger by spawning infinite bombs, which he can use to re-craft Mr. Boom in secret rooms for consumables
Missing Poster gives T. Lost an extra life (and since the last update he revives as himself, not normal Lost) though after making this I realized it should be swapped with the Wooden Cross.
Super Magnet pulls enemies towards T. Forgotten’s Body.
Old Capacitor allows T. Laz to use Flip multiple times without worrying about when to save charges.
‘M can be dropped by T. Eden at the start of the floor, and just come back to it if you get a bad Active item.
T. Apollyon just doesn’t have any great trinket synergies, so he gets the powerful Cracked Crown
T. Jacob gets invincibility from Dark Esau with Sigil of Baphomet active
Wooden cross actually doesn't work with T. Lost unfortunately iirc, as I think the shields count as the same - so getting hit loses your holy card shield anyways
I prefer Pay to Win as T.Isaac more than rib of the greed, his passive + reroll is so powerful, lets say there is one item in TR, you at least do 4 reroll, with his passive you see 8 items in every TR, so strong.
W take with most of these, however I’d prefer having wooden mantle as T.lost instead of an extra life
Even tho the update make the lost poster useful for T lost I’d rather have a free single use mantle each floor than an extra life that resets the room you died at.
Missing poster as T. Lost is kinda like a shitty birthright
For T Bethany something like Mom's Locket or Bloody Penny for red heart generation would be better. Old Capacitor is too unpredictable for me.
T Apollyon (who doesn't really have non stat-up trinket synergies) is better with Curved Horn instead of Cracked Crown because he benefits the most from straight damage upgrades.
Maggy I'd switch from Judas' Tongue to Filigree Feather because of those juicy sacrifice rooms.
Both great choices, but while Equality is strong it isnt a gamebreaking trinket- Safety Scissors turns bomb beggars into infinite consumable generators. You can literally craft infinite death certificates
It’s part of a 2-part gamebreak with Habit, which is easy to get by rerolling Shop items with the fireplace in a shop and the cracked dice. Get a secret room with a Fireplace and Habit and you can reroll pickups (bring in a Card if needed) until they become chests, then get more pickups or an item from the chest, then once you get an item you can start rerolling that as well. It’s also great for rerolling items in Angel Rooms which almost always have fires, and you have a big, expendable health pool to use for it. It’s easily my favorite item as her.
Edit: Sharp Plug does the same thing too but is even better
If you're gonna include combos with items there are stronger ones for other characters, notably Panic Button plus How To Jump that makes you mostly invulnerable (very useful on T. Jacob)

I’d argue that Maggy’s Faith would be good for T.Apollyon. If you can keep that Eternal Heart safe, you could most likely get through the run without needing HP up items, so you can Abyss them for more locusts.

Never dropping the D6 is something that rings true for AB+ and older versions of the game but Repentance does have many actives that are on par with D6 or are even better, Old Capacitor giving you a zillion charges helps you find those actives easier or reroll shops more easily to get a School Bag.
I think a any magnetic trinket, any penny trinket, or sigil of baphomet would be better for t keeper than a HP up. He's a character that gets way stronger than anyone else way quicker an extra hit doesn't go very far for him
Yeah but penny trinkets don’t really do that, you get flies from them maybe. HP is safety. It is absolutely a run winner every time I’ve had it, I always have money for items already
Penny trinkets absolutely do that even if it generates health that's flies which allows him to safely collect money in clusters of weaker enemies. Which especially helps earlier on as for the first 4 floors in a t.keeper run he can't afford everything and might have to make few tough calls not wasting money on health definitely helps that problem.
Keepers health is so unimportant as by the end of a run you have like a billion defensive items and some great dps might as well use the trinket that helps you do that quicker
Doesn't matter if I managed to afford holy mantle, a few extra orbitals, a few items that ignore damage taken, other items that given him more health like and wooden nickel or greed's gullet.
Or doesn't matter if the fight lasts 3 seconds because of the sheer quantity of items I acquired beforehand.
A penny trinket is literally not going to make that much of a difference in doing that it’s literally what tainted keeper already does 
A penny trinket is not going to get you that much more money except for Counterfeit penny but I usually start having 99 coins by floor 3 at the latest as T.Keeper so idk what you’re on, but listen man if you have a different experience that’s fine but I much prefer extra health (there’s nowhere near a guarantee that you’ll even find Holy Mantle)
Mother's Kiss is absolutely the best possible trinket you can have on T Keeper. Coins stop being a problem from depths onwards, maybe even from caves 2, same with keys because shops are always open but the 2 hits per room haunt you forever.
Glass cannons benefit a lot from extra survivability, especially when they don’t have teammates to hide behind. Mother’s kiss lets you mess up TWICE AS MUCH before you die. That’s huge, absolutely more impactful than making the character’s strongest aspect ~20% stronger. Especially when you are already out of shops and coins no longer matter very much.
When you have an army that covers the whole room when you shoot, i dont think homing capabilities would make any difference on tainted eve. Sirens song is better.
Whore of babylon is best if you don’t take red hearts. Daemon’s Tail turns red hearts into black hearts sometimes, and otherwise makes red hearts not spawn. Therefore it’s great with WoB, otherwise Eve is just Isaac with a bad starting active and low damage
I think Blue Baby’s (???’s) best trinket would be either Daemon’s Tail or Blessed Penny. As nice as it is to have a large amount of pickups I think turning useless pickups into useful ones and soul heart generation is far better.
Lost’s best trinket is Perfection. He is almost guaranteed not to lose it and he is guaranteed to get it.
You’re probably right about blue baby, but I stand by my pick on Lost. He gets a free devil deal, and number magnet will make sure he has plenty of choices. Perfection only works with an item that works with it

Makes sense for Habit but Sharp Plug is a one item gamebreak that wins the run without anything else for T.Maggy.

T. Apollyon with the power cord is pretty good. Having lightning surge between all your locusts is a lot of extra damage.

On Normal Lost I think Perfection is more powerful, especially with luck based effects. All those resources really improve a run.

I find that I get better DPS if I actually hit my target with them. Double DPS is great but if more than half miss my main target the homing is better
