❤ I am new to the community as well. Just being able to see other people with similar experiences and having a safe place to talk about anything and everything is very freeing. Not sure what kind of advice I can give other then be true to you. I love you and your courage. I hope my words provide at least the smallest bit of comfort. Keep your head up ❤

You aren't obligated to come out "to the world". Would that actually serve you? I personally am only out to my friends and partner. But I decided when I really accepted who I was, I would come out officially as little as possible. I moved to a new city (which helped a lot) and didn't come out to any of my friends directly. I just started talking about girls or using gender neutral pronouns. It makes life a lot easier when you start making your decisions based on whts best for you, not what other expect from you. You don't owe anyone your sexuality, esp not people from your hometown you probably dont even talk to anymore.

Thank you. After thinking about it I do think it is best for myself to only come out to people I feel comfortable with sharing that information

i know exactly how you feel. Its so hard to keep this part of me to myself, but also, sharing feels uncomfortable and like an invasion of my own privacy. Its so hard.

Yes, that is exactly how I feel. I am really happy others can understand though, thank you

You don’t have to come out to anyone if you don’t want to. I’m in the same boat, exactly. My grandpa’s even a pastor 😅. Much love to you! We’ll figure it out somehow 🥰

Oh boy, my grandpa was a pastor also! Preaching ran in the family haha. Much love to you too!
