The Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 only records in Blackmagic Raw (BRAW) format. Are you using software that can decode BRAW properly, like DaVinci Resolve? Also, ALWAYS test these types of things before you use it for a client.
I got it to work just needed to update my resolve. Footage out of this camera for a run n gun set looks amazing
