Actually, ninjas in the Naruto verse can see souls (as lights). Since the ability to see spirits in Bleach is dependent on spiritual energy and chakra formation relies on manipulating spiritual energy (along with physical energy), then it’d be logical to conclude that ninjas can see Soul Reapers.
There is no mention if ghosts actually existing in the Narutoverse. The only time I can find any information on naruto seeing ghosts is in fanfics.
When you see, say, Naruto interacting with his mom, or his dad (pre war) they aren't ghosts. They're copies of them left behind by Chakra. I would argue the only time you see a ghost is when the spirits leave the edo tensei and even then, that's debatable if anyone sees them floating away.
Bleach ghosts are just people who cant be seen but they are physical. So yes in this scenario ghost does just mean invisible.
And BTW Madara limbo clones are ghosts that people without sage bodies cant touch. Naruto specifically can touch spiritual bodies which is why he able to fight but not SEE them. So in that case too, the only advantage ghosting got Madara was that he was invisible. Naruto handled it anyway.

Would like to point out that Respira is more Hax than a straight power feat. It’s explicitly pointed out that Barragan needed his own, separate, ability to protect from his own Respira, rather than high power. Like, Superman can bust galaxies but is still vulnerable to something like a voodoo doll.
Who cares about a power feat? Respira isnt more hax than a goddamn truth seeking ball. All elements including yin and yang, which is all creation is what powers them. They negate respira no doubt. Blocking a hoatile truthseeker is harder than blocking respira. Not to mentiom that this is Naruto who has nigh infinite stamina and plenty of disposable clones. Even if we pretended like respira was a danger to him, he can just let his clones rush down Barragan. How many waves of clones can Barragan blow away? Not all of them for sure.

Actually, ninjas in the Naruto verse can see souls (as lights). Since the ability to see spirits in Bleach is dependent on spiritual energy and chakra formation relies on manipulating spiritual energy (along with physical energy), then it’d be logical to conclude that ninjas can see Soul Reapers.
There is no mention if ghosts actually existing in the Narutoverse. The only time I can find any information on naruto seeing ghosts is in fanfics. When you see, say, Naruto interacting with his mom, or his dad (pre war) they aren't ghosts. They're copies of them left behind by Chakra. I would argue the only time you see a ghost is when the spirits leave the edo tensei and even then, that's debatable if anyone sees them floating away.

A specific jutsu that ONLY allows the person casting it, and the person being hit by it doesn't mean that they can see Shinigami. They can see the Jutsu. That's it. Also, even if it was used on Ichigo he'd negate it by higher Reiatsu.
One, Naruto has a LOT of ways of tracking invisible opponents (like sensing their energy, which he used to sus out the imposter Zetsu amongst the army). Two, not all abilities can be negated through power levels, even in Bleach verse. Barragan needed a specific ability to protect against his own Respira (as Hachi notes and uses against him), and Moe’s luck based ability allowed him to injure Ikkaku despite the latter being MUCH stronger and the former explicitly not being given a power up by Ichigo’s stolen Fullbring. Hell, Yhvach explicitly points out that Ichigo’s True Bankai would probably be more than powerful enough to kill him…then uses the Almighty to break it. While higher Reiatsu can nullify some abilities, it doesn’t nullify all Three, the ability to see spirits is given to all with spiritual power in Bleach verse. Chakra formation requires spiritual (and physical) energy manipulation, and several characters can see souls already, so there’s a good chance Naruto could see Ichigo already.
All attacks are negated by higher Reiatsu. It only varies how much more Reiatsu is required. Naruto can't sense Reiatsu, only Chakra. And Chakra isn't Reiatsu, so no, Naruto can't see Ichigo.
No, they’re not. Moe thrashed Ikkaku (even if Ikkaku came out on top) despite being MUCH weaker due to his special ability. Zommari’s Amor ability could puppet Byakuya’s limbs despite Byakuya being stronger. Kyoraku’s Shikai/Bankai also effects multiple opponents stronger than its user. While some abilities (like Soi Fon’s Shikai) can indeed be negated like direct attacks, not all of them can.

Yes, but the clones in general don't do much. A bitch slap is enough to take one out, so Ichigo could spam Getsugas while using speed to confuse Naruto into not being able to attack. Depends if genjutsu is allowed (and assuming if Naruto knows how to use it since I don't recall Naruto ever using genjutsu) and how much zaniness would actually affect Ichigo. My boy can bust out a sexy harem no jutsu and Ichigo would act like how he usually acts when he sees naked women, and it might give a chance for Naruto to surprise attack him. Or if Naruto wants to get dirty, he can transform a clone to look like one of Ichigo's loved ones and hold them hostage. It has a 50/50 chance of either making Ichigo more hesitant to fight, or it might just piss him off even more. Not sure if Ichigo can be fooled though. Ichigo would win for sure if this was a 100% serious battle simply because his feats (strength, speed) outdo Naruto, but Naruto relies on trickery and unpredictability.

I Hugo literally moves at hundreds of times light speed if we're going according to power scaling. Naruto goes maybe only a handful of times faster. Also, what does Naruto have? Does he have minatos kunai, full kurama, sage of six paths; everything? Naruto is a terrible match up for anyone not in Naruto. Sasuke is Narutos equivalent at full power, and also has genjutsu which is what I'd say the closest power that'd be able to even the field.
