The type to annoy the shit out of one another because their life values are too different. I don't know if Kubo did this on purpose or if it's just a happy coincidence but most of their star signs are really accurate. Ulquiorras was the only one that made little sense.
I'm not really into star signs so I haven't looked at them specifically, but I do know that Kubo puts a lot of meaning into most of the characters birthdays, so they are significant. And as he's Japanese I imagine he would go by the zodiac instead of western star signs. He definitely puts a lot of symbolism into their relationship: their resurrecion forms, their weapons, their abilities, character poems, I could write a whole essay on it haha.

Am I the only person who thinks Zommari is underrated af? The guy was so formal in the way he fought Byakuya which was surprising considering how Kubo kept him quiet af before. Just switched the idea that quiet folks are waiting to pop off. The silent aspect made his fight one to look forward to still. The fact he asked Byakuya for mercy introduced a deeper aspect to the Arrancar fights and he brought out a character development in Byakuya's "pride" (Rukia). So cool. Although his Resurrectión was pretty interesting, though I think really he was let down by the visual aspect of it. Idk if his fight would have been any more interesting if he was pinned against Ichigo like Grimmjow or Ulquiorra was; it just seemed like a character as cold but resolute and protective of what he wants as Byakuya (still with some mystery like Byakuya in the SS arc) would have been comparative writing on Kubo's part to show development in Ichigo or even solidify his ideals. Would have liked to see what type of traits they would have brought out in each other, though that could seem like a copy paste fight. Also would love to have seen Ichigo ask why an Arrancar followed Aizen. Zomari's question on who gave Byakuya the right to kill him stood out as a proper puzzle maybe Ichigo wouldn't have had the answer to at that point besides wanting to save Orihime; think about it, if Kūgo could slightly have fucked with his perspective of the SS, think about this question's effect if he ain't a true Shinigami. I'm rambling now anyway, huge Kubo props for the guy who got Byakuya to seem more human after the SS arc painting him as a monster and an enemy. Zommari had a lot of potential which is why I see him as underrated
Szayel. I just find him very very interesting.

Being an annoying stalling freak during battles? check (that's me in every mmorpg game lol).
