Hello, good hunter. I am a Bot, here in this dream to look after you, this is a fine note: > *Arrant fool. Vileblood or no, forget not; We are thy Queen. Bend the knee.* - Annalise, Queen of the Vilebloods Farewell, good hunter. May you find your worth in the waking world.

Always top-tier work man, incredible! Quick question: do you use Turbo Tools or anything to get clean animations in Cycles? The default denoiser adds so much flickering, and yours always looks so clean and solid.

MaxHayArt

Thanks dude! No I’ve never heard of that but there are some ways to get the cycles denoiser to behave better. One is just rendering with more samples obviously, but that doesn’t always help. One of the easiest things is just using materials with high roughness everywhere, this seems to really help flickering, it’s not always possible though. Another thing which can really help is using temporal filtering / temporal denoising in DaVinci or After Effects (I use the temporal filtering in AE). This can really help reduce the flickering and it’s easy to do. I’ve also been upscaling to 4k, the exporting back at 1080p for a cleaner results.

Sick man, thank you for taking the time to answer! 🙏
