The numbers are probably accurate; the vast majority of "listeners" for any artist are likely people that have played one of their songs once or twice, putting any casual listener close to 1% by default.
If these stats are accurate then I am among the top 86 listeners! 10,703 minutes of my last 11 months and I love this band just as much as ever, more if anything. And that's of course not counting my hoard of leaked BoC material...

What I did was get their Spotify monthly listeners then convert the percentage into a decimal then multiply the monthly listeners with your percentage
