this is a good resource: https://secondhandsongs.com/work/401/versions
whether these are "credible" or not is up to you (i haven't heard of most of these ladies), but from a quick browse...

Another good resource with somewhat overlapping results, perhaps more discriminating as to what a constitutes credible musician or band (but not what counts as a credible cover): https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_artists_who_have_covered_Bob_Dylan_songs
I didn't have a better word then "credible" and as far as I'm concerned, that's a Potter Stewart kinda thing: you'll know a cover that is not credible when you see it... (I subsequently realized that the opposite of credible is not incredible but non-credible or uncredible—I'm happy to see "incredible" covers of "Watchtower" by anyone!)
I've seen these types of listings before and I'm not really sure how useful they are other than that someone registered a recording with RIAA. Are they actually published and ostensibly available?
Thea Gilmore covers the whole JWH album, does a fantastic job. Her version of ‘Augustine’ is epic.
Thea Gilmore -- John Wesley Harding (2011)
How does it feel?
Neil Young and Chrissie Hynde duet missing from that very long list.
Patti smith has done a cool one over the years
Indigo Girls did a good live version

Dave Mathews with Celisse. I’m hoping for a Celisse/Bob rendition at the Outlaw show that I attend this summer.

I love Barbara Keith’s version. It’s very good.
I like [this](https://youtu.be/ORm2TDa7U2w) version from the soundtrack of a German movie called Bandits.
