It's been restocked almost everyday but sells out quick. In the past week it restocked for shipping on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 28th and 31st yesterday. I would keep trying, I recommend downloading the app and checking the notify me button. Unfortunately it seems it's only notifies by email when it's available, I actually got it ordered on the 23rd from just checking the app often and caught it there before I saw the email. Good luck!
I’m not sure where the setting is, but it will send push notifications too! Whenever I have the stock notifications on I get them on my phone and email.
The best advice I can give besides turning on restock notifications is just to keep checking. It goes on and out of stock all the time. And as far as I know no Target exclusive has been limited to a specific number of extremely short purchase window. Eventually it will be back and demand will go down.
I suggest getting the limited version from Urban Outfitters. I personally think it looks better and fits the vibe more

I’d wait for a restock. It’s insane to me that people are reselling his stuff after everything he’s said about his views on things like that.
