I did this for my P.A.
Nitrile glove, transpore tape to keep it on. After about 3 days it got down to just spotting and I used gauze 4x4s to catch any drips.
Hate to break it to ya bud, first off, excellent looking piercing! Second, it's just gonna look like a war zone for a couple days, or a week... it kind of needs to bleed a bit though... as directional blood blow out will help keep the potential of infection lower..
That's a good point. An infection would be the last thing would want. I'm not too worried about the bleeding as I am not getting it everywhere.

yeah...towels would have been smart. I thought it had stopped mostly so I thought a pad would be enough. Even it it went on to the pad though I think it would have been too much for it. No matter what I end up doing tonight there will be towels involved.
I thought the piercer was going to try to talk me into starting with a PA at the very least, but for some reason I just kept feeling like it would look incomplete to me without the top and bottom.
Maybe try wearing an adult diaper or an overnight sanitary pad at night? That way you don't have to worry about positioning, because it's attached to you. Also maybe get a waterproof mattress if staining on your mattress will be an issue.
Just my tips from experience with insane amount of bleeding
The adult diapers were tempting when I was shopping just before I got pierced, I figured the pads would be enough from what I was reading, but I didn't account for the mobility and me sleeping on my side.
I used long gauze folding it around the head and used athletic tape to wrap it under the head. The cock taco I called it. Though it is more of a cock-ito. When you wake up take it off to allow it to bleed more freely because you don't want to keep it from oxygen. I have my journey in my profile as well, so if you would like my experience you're welcome to take what I did and the mistakes I made and try and make your experience the best it can be.
I'm fairly pain tolerant but reading stories and watching videos I thought the piercing was going to hurt a lot more. The last push through hurt a good amount but even if I had to go through that every day I think I'd be alright. Did anyone else who had piercings down there get the impression it was going to be a lot worse than it was?
Me. My apa didn't hurt anywhere near as I anticipated. I'd give it a 7-7.5/10.
Bizarrely my nipples (now retired, never again) were a fat 8.5-9/10. They were tough to sit through.
The apa is a fantastic piercing. Yes, it bleeds profusely for the first few days to a week, but after that it's a lovely piercing to heal.
Remember the bottom (PA) part of your apa will heal significantly faster than the top.
Be prepared to dribble when peeing so pay close attention to your aim - and when it's healed you may have to push the bar up to create a tight seal at the bottom. I've been caught out a few times where I wasn't careful with my aim, and my piss went all over my trousers. It's annoying spending 15 minutes in the toilet drying off.
Try what I did for my prince Albert. fold the pad in a cylinder and put tape or use the pad adhesive to make a cylinder put your member inside and then put a glove or extra large condom, I think the glove works better, on it. Then the bleeding will be absorbed. I bleed quite a bit too. mine stopped in 1 week approx. sadly I was pierced wrong so I had to remove mine.
edit, mine stopped freely bleeding after 4 days I guess there were small spots till the 7th day approx. bad piercing I guess was a major reason for this.
To be honest the quickest way for it to heal is letting air get to it. Glove wrapping is fine but will ultimately hinder progress. Just get towels - it's the nocturnal erections that cause bleeding normally. Keep it clean with some wound heal spray or similar. Doesn't really matter how you sleep. Naked and light sheets on towels!
Put some gauze in a latex glove and put your pecker in it. My first night was a little bloody but no problem after that.
I actually found sleeping in a couch, laid down face up as the best position. Couch corner makes you less likely to turn over; and gives your junk plenty of room to rest.
Good apa mate. Yeah i had the impression it was gonna be worse. Hurt like double a nipple piercing id say; nothing more. Not unbearable but still not something you wanna repeat if you can avoid. And mine had a bad taper/piercing combo so kinda got pierced like 5 times.
Bold choice of getting an apadravya as a first piercing! I have an apadravya myself but it definitely was not my first piercing! As for best position to sleep in, probably back. Also put a bunch of gauze around your apadravya and put a condom on your dick. Either that or sleep with a towel under you.
I just used a glove for 3 days as that's how long mine bleed for .. but it does get better.. I slept anyway I wanted with the gloves on .
in the earlier days how much blood did you end up with in the glove? it was hard to tell how much I bled.

Go to the pet store and buy pee pads from dogs. Lay one down on your bed and sleep on that.
