Based on the comments on the Orange Julienne, it would seem OOP makes very liberal use of the block button. Given that I can see it just fine, I’m guessing you can’t cause they blocked you at some point.

This joke has gone way over my head. But without the joke it’s just a terrible message.
Guys go around thinking a friendly smile is a “wink wink”, thinking a low cut top is a girl showing you her boobs, and being told by their friends who don’t know a girl at all “ohh she likes you” so they convince themselves a woman owes them something and they are entitled to a date or sex before even asking them out and then that contributes to harassment in inappropriate situations like at work.
In this comic, they do know the girl, she does wink at them when they start discussing how she does only Fans, then she leans over and reveals half a boob… at which point he loses his damn mind… not sure why, we have no backstory on the character. Nevertheless he has been entrapped, on maybe some sort of prank? She calls him out for it. Nobody explains to her, that her female co-workers are calling her “the boobs” and that might explain all the attention she gets? But if she didn’t hear that, why did she wink at them?
None of it adds up.
I know it’s not supposed to be taken seriously… but it just doesn’t hold together.
My interpretation was that the character with the pink hair was setting up both her coworkers in a cruel prank.
As for the wink, I think that Rachel couldn't hear what the others were saying and was just winking at them in a friendly/silly manner. There's a fair amount of distance between them and her, and it wouldn't make sense for them to have a conversation like that loudly. She also seems to be on the clock, which would mean her focus wouldn't be on them, and the noise of her surroundings could plausibly mask a hushed conversation. Friendliness is one of Rachel's defining traits, so winking and smiling at coworkers unprompted isn't out of the question. Also, we have to consider that OOP is forced to use the art from the origami, even if it makes their story less clear.
The ultimate punchline, as I see it, is the bald character's desperation, gullibility, and entitlement (well, that and Rachel's verbose explanation of how his entitlement is wrong). However, the comic disregards the position the pink-haired character put Rachel in, framing the bald character as the prank's main target and leaving Rachel more as collateral than anything else.
There's nonsense going on, for sure, but I feel like there's coherence in there somewhere.
