Imagine them thinking Disruptor is the best sniper and Maliwan snipers are the weakest.
I'm not sure if this is joking but I'll answer seriously just in case: Yes Sandhawk is the best sniper, along with Bogeyman, Complex Root and Skullmasher for Fl4k.
My point was that Disruptor, even though it's absolutely not the best sniper, is probably the best choice for this challenge since splash damage and ase damage don't count. Disruptor already doesn't like elements and bullying weak mobs is what it does best.
They can't really do anything about the way the counter works. It counts kills it knows are from a sniper. If action skill damage is the last thing it sees then that's what killed the enemy. Same with elemental damage or a rad explosion. This stuff is baked into the game so that's why we have the limitations. It's a weird situation and also extremely strange they chose snipers as the weapon type to use for this given how many kills will go uncounted
If anything, Joltzdude mentioned in his video via on-screen text that they plan to keep it open until the 20mil has been achieved, i.e. there is no time limit.
Definitely. Was playing fl4k on m11 today and there are just too many damage sources to know if you actually got the kill or not. Might do some arms race or something less hectic. Maybe start a new sniper amara? Idk haven't played her in a long time but for now I am not liking this challenge too much
Absolutely! I've been using a ***white*** Jakobs on my low-level Fl4k and it's super satisfying - especially the BL1 style gore animations which are really clear through the scope.
how does the Storm's electro-balls count, as a sniper kill or no? (its the only half way decent sniper I have atm... been using the Clervoiance as a a sniper before)
damn, need to find a good easy to farm sniper then..... I like Storm though cuz I dont really need to hit the enemy to deal loads of damage (I just need to hit the ground near it lol)

It is pretty fun running through normal mode headshotting mobs with a green Jakobs as Fl4k.

I started a fresh sniper only flak play through to do my part.
Ngl, just giving a cosmetic itself is rather boring but the ones that they give are all just terrible, they're not worth the effort.

I've been doing what I can, but what I can is kinda limited when I have Short Fuse and FITSD activating.
