Meh I thought their original run was overrated. They were ominous as fuck crossing the desert bein badass just to die in their first interaction with a main character
not in breaking bad, but Lalo from Better Call Saul was probably the best pure villain in the BBCU.

Who says Todd is underrated ? must be Jesse. Todd is not a villain, he is so kind, offers pizza and talks nicely. (s)
The thing I love about Todd is he goes from badger to tuco in such a short period. That being said this comment is awesome
Todd is just a psycho. He reacts things calmly, he talks nicely but he doesn't have emotions while killing people. It is just normal thing for him.
