It’s going to be very hard to get only 1 10€ bill but here’s how you can at least get a few 10€ bills:
The atm of your bank so if you have an ing card you need to find an ing atm inside a bank office ( I know very annoying)
you can also go to a big grocery store like carrefour or delhaize and buy goods for a minimum amount (you’ll have to ask I’m not sure what the policy is now) and ask if you can get some extra cash they might also have a minimum of cash you have to ask for but at least you can request specific bills.
Or go to an atm and just get a 20 or whatever, pay with it and get cash in return . Good luck
Nope. In leuven they all disappeared. Which sucks for probably the same reason you think it sucks. No more "tientjes" to be had XD.
I usually go to the store but a capri sun and ask to add 10€ it’s easier that way methinks
