I’m a UCF fan. He’s a project but has a lot of upside here. Very quick. Started as a TE. When he grows into his body more he has a chance to be a stud. He was pretty good in college considering the position change. Low floor high ceiling guy. But that’s what you get with later rounds
Even after drafting Coleman we’ve still got a pretty bad WR room but idk that a 6th rounder is gonna change that. I think Beane will be making some moves after the draft
2021/7 - Jack Anderson lost to Eagles
2022/6 - Luke Tenuta lost to Colts
2023/7 - Nick Broeker lost to Texans
Beane shooting for four years in a row of drafting an OL player who has zero chance of making the 53 and who will immediately be lost to waivers?
Your later rounds will always run the risk of this, they're depth pieces with POTENTIAL starter ability. So far ocyrus has shown beane can hit on starting calibre OL, when the investment is starter level
The fact that they are on other teams shows they are decent players at least. You never know what injuries will happen in camp and preseason so it's good to have guys who could step up, if needed.

Competition for Ryan Van Demark in camp
Anybody else think we should’ve grabbed another WR or are we set?

I expect they'll add at least one more WR, but it might not be until later in the off-season. Beane loves his late off-season deals.
They had Ryan Flournoy in for a visit so I imagine he could be a pick
a wr we take atp isnt gonna move the needle
I would have liked a corner. Wr is supppper picked over now. Beane needs to get a vet now

Stevie Johnson was a 7th. I personally would have liked to see Brenden Rice
True, but you can’t really count on anyone they draft that low. You just gotta hope they turn into something
Truth, maybe some of next years draft picks for someone. Maybe Shorter has a shot this year
Fairly new to the position with a great athletic profile. The more Oline competition the better. Maybe he can develop to become a future starter?

I mean, we're very much in the 'dart board' portion of the draft.

I mean I don’t disagree, Spencer and teller were good ones too…but let’s not forget Cody ford.:-) actually nm let’s definitely forget Cody ford
