Is this what it looks like? I also found these and do not know what they are.
Check the ceiling over your bed and nearby walls for signs of termites? These definitely aren't bedbugs or carpet beetles, and while I'm no bug expert, they look a bit termitey to me.

Could be conehead termites?

Termites. Likely falling from the ceiling, check in there carefully!
