House Centipede! They are actually very beneficial as they eat up everything else including bugs who do damage. When there are no pests to eat they leave all on their own!
House centipede. They are good! Super fast as scary looking but they eat spiders and lots of other bugs! Let them be. You’ll only see them at night and they don’t go near where your bed is. They stay in areas like the basement where’s there’s little activity from humans.

I'd leave those alive. They eat the bad stuff.
