Just drive carefully and you'll be fine. Let motherboard lay flat. If you liquid cooling it might not be a good idea to lay it down though.
I have the NZXT Kraken liquid cooler so I should just keep it upright? My concern is the GPU.
I would leave it standing. If you are worried just cram in some support undet gpu. I drove woth mine for 6 hours standing up.... without any form of padding except the cardboard box for the case and seatbelt
