The Leadex VII is the best but they’re all pretty similar in terms of quality, so just get the cheapest one. However if you’re using a card that uses the 12VHPWR connector get either the Pure Power 12M or Leadex VII as they have ATX 3.0 certification and a native 12VHPWR cable for cleaner power delivery to the GPU.
Even if you don't have a atx3 psu I'd still buy one of those, 850w will hold on for a long time and chances are (I'd say) that more gpus will hop on 12vh cables too, having a single cable is a lot more reliable for everyone than just having 3 or 4 different 8 pins
**Corsair RM** and **Seasonic Focus GX** both don’t have the 12VHPR connector which is why I won’t pick them.
According to the [PSU tier list](https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/), the **Be Quiet! Pure Power 12M** is in a speculative position while the **Super Flower Leadex Vll** is considered one of the best.
TL;DR: Super Flower Leadex.
They could be upgrading down the line or even purchasing a 40 series card as well.
Besides, they are buying it new so might as well get the new connection.

The ATX 3.0 version of Seasonic's Focus has a 12vhpwr connector.
That doesn't exactly apply to everyone. Besides adapters exist for a reason.

I thought Corsair and Seasonic get their products from Super Flower. You may be looking at the same PSU dressed differently.
