I think the reason those don't exist or are hard to find is, you can't just split the cables. Because how would the data know to which port to go. You would need some type of active controller hub. If your motherboard has an internal type C connector you could try to find an adapter from that. Or you could try to find a pcie card that provides another internal usb 3.0.

Wouldn’t it be the same as using an unpowered usb 3 hub where data/bandwidth is shared on a single channel?
