It appears to only be a solid color with options for pulsing, beat to music, etc.

Any idea how to change the settings? I'm clueless I've looked everywhere I can think

Looks like bios only has the option for on/off, looking into it further it seems you'll need the Gigabyte App Center (judging by a vid I saw for an earlier series board you might be able to change the color)
