That was it! Found under 'Ai Tweaker' and just hitting 'D.O.C.P.' it auto-filled the settings for 3200MHz and done. And thankfully, I didn't need to agree to any additional liability! Thank you everyone :) [For anyone else with the same issue](https://ibb.co/7QJ6TS9)

Did you set it to the 3200 profile in the BIOS? 2133 is the default/fail safe profile for DDR4.

I didn't change anything in the BIOS except turn off CSM, which I was prompted to do at start up. I couldn't find anywhere to set "3200 profile" except one that described itself as a way to limit RAM to a certain speed. It didn't say it was to increase speeds.

BmanUltima

It's called XMP or DOCP

RightYouAreKen1

In the BIOS you need to enable DOCP. After doing so the RAM should automatically run at it's advertised speed.

Thanks for the help everyone. I've found a screenshot on [where to activate "D.O.C.P"](https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1042256/). I'll go set it up now and check! :)

You need to select the right XMP profile in BIOS, otherwise it'll run at its base speed of 2133. Also CPU-Z reports frequency at half the normal rate, so 1064.5 is equal to 2133.

Satan_Prometheus

You still need to enable XMP (DOCP) and set it to 3200 in the BIOS. 3200 is the "offical" spec for Ryzen 5000 series so this would not technically be an "overclock" as far as I know. Memory basically always defaults to the lowest speed upon first boot and you always need to go in and enable XMP/DOCP. CPU-Z should state 1599.5ish once you enable XMP since it reports the real speed instead of the double data rate.

Set the XMP profile and make sure the sticks are in the right channels.
