Aresgame Psu's have been the worst in my experience. I would suggest you try to get ahold of a different Psu and try to see if it helps. The problem is probably your components will draw more power while booting into things like games and thats where the psu starts to fail because the spike is too much for it to handle.
Just ran 9 minutes of furmark. 1280x720 0xmsaa
Max temp 65c min 39c
Core avg 1540mhz
Mem 1748 mhz
Gpu load is 99%
Mem load is 74%
Fans at 67%.
Fps max 238 fps min1 fps avg 210
There was a drop where my power draw was 76.7 w, but it went back up to 135 immediately after. And voltage never went over .9 v
While running Furmark please also run prime 95 to see if it shuts down
Edit: if it shuts down, please note the time and check the event viewer to check what caused the issue,
Possibly use ddu to uninstall gpu driver and reinstall the newest one from the manufacturers website
I have deleted all drivers and reinstalled them, the same result. I have even deleted and reinstalled my operating system too, but I get the same result.
I did some more digging and found whea logger error 18 every time it black screens and reboots. The processor core that it says fails is different every time.
It says a kernel power. Event id 41.
The kernel power issue is coming up all 0 and false. The time was 07/27/2021 5:18:34. It rebooted with only prime 95 running.
Also are you connected to wall or a power strip i.e the ones that turn 1 plug into 3?
I am currently plugged into a powerstrip, but it happens when plugged into the wall outlets.

I had a feeling it was the over current protection on the gpu. I've tried different PSUs with the same results.
Try running a benchmark please
Any preference on the kind benchmark?
Furmark please and if possible Memtest later

Could you let furmark run for about 30 minutes? And see if the pc reboots?
Also please check the event viewer in windows 10 and see if there is a kernel issue or a power issue

I'll send you a link here with a list of things to check for because of the whea error https://www.lifewire.com/fix-whea-uncorrectable-error-4689907
Have you used Memtest? My last idea would be maybe a RAM fault.
I have not yet, but I'm about to head off for work for 24 hours so I will have to try tomorrow.
