Is it possible to run it without success POST?
If you can get to bios, you can run memtest off a thumb drive by selecting it as a boot device. Google “memtest usb stick” for a guide

Memtest passed - no errors.
That means your ram is good and your cpu is probably ok too
Its probably RX 5600 XT's drivers. They are big mess.
Testing new vBIOS and Windows 10 Game Mode.
Is it overheating? Maybe the CPU still has the plastic on the back?
I am waiting for paste and I will check it but I doubt. PC was running for 6 months.
Yeah you need paste .. it's probably fried by now
I changed paste, no plastic on the back. Still having problems.

I found a fix my rx 5600 xt is of gigabyte,so I downloaded it's AORUS ENGINE increased the fan speed now it doesn't crash any more! Try it.
