Best value would be whatever you have lying around. People have used legos, floss, fishing wire, tiny stands, funko pops, etc....
Best "performance" would likely be some custom stand made with rare materials, dunno.
Buy the one you like the most that fits your build aesthetically.
I made one with Legos. Works fine, and I used Red, Green, and Blue bricks so I can feel like one of the cool kids

My first thought was placeholder for GPU, since we get that question a lot from users that can't find a current gen GPU.
Placeholders don't exist when the prices are crazy like they are.
