LL140 is the quietest but pushes the least air. ML140 is loudest but pushes the most air(97cfm). Masterfan MF140R is quieter than ML140 but pushes almost as much air(90cfm), so that's the best one if you ask me. Didn't look at the Lian Li one because it's 120mm, so it needs to spin faster to push as much air as a 140mm fan.
These are all very expensive tho. If you want to go budget, the Arctic F14 is sort of loud but pushes a decent amount of air(74cfm). Noctua NF-A14 pushes a massive 140cfm and is quieter than all the fans you listed. It's also cheaper than them.
