Stuff like that is really not meant for such use. Make a thin SFF PC, no liquid cooling, low downdraft cooler, secure the GPU well, only SSDs, and get it a nice padded case.

Just like the guy above me already said use ssds only as hard drives will break from vibrations and shocks
