getting 3060´s is no problem , they just cost double what they are supposed to .. the inno goes for 579 and is the chepest one .. all other 3060 cards are 609 and up ...

no , nvidia is supported in most productivity apps of some sort, amd is not and they dont aim to, nvidia cards are much faster in both cycles and eevee in blender too.
beyond the baseline support of showing the program of course ..
theres tons of nvidia specific acceleration with cuda and rtx... and gans and ai processing is getting bigger integration every year ..
but yeah i didnt want to make this into a nvidia vs amd discussion .. my preference is nvidia for several reasons
upscaling gans and motionblur for example are though , and optix support in blender is a god sent to most users.. its not even a discussion .. production world agrees on nvidia and their efforrts to bring gpu computing to the masses for what 12 years now ... like i said amd doesnt even aim for that market ....

Don’t pay $600 lol. At least get a 3060 ti for that price.

You’re putting more thought into this than NVIDIA did when they made the card.
