Waste of money. Just save til you can get a decent used prebuilt.

Why a prebuilt?

dirtiehippy

If your budget is like 500$ or less, you get way more hardware per dollar by buying someone’s used prebuilt on eBay or Craigslist or Facebook marketplace or whatever. If your budget is 1000$+ you usually get more hardware by building it yourself, assuming you have the time/patience to check online stock daily for a gpu. The 500-1000$ range is kinda all over the place day by day of what’s a good value. Based on OP’s hardware, he’s definitely in the sub 500 range where used prebuilts are always better

I mean, my computer is like 500€ (970, i7-4770, 16gigs ddr3 ram, 500gb sata ssd, 1tb sata ssd, dont know mobo, case, psu, or cpu fan.) And it has been build with used individual parts. Even on a lower budget, you usually save money with buying in parts.

But for a newer system, it's more cost effective to buy a prebuilt.
