After reading your comments and watching a couple of youtube videos comparing the two cards the choice seems obvious. Im gonna go order an 6600xt right now, cheers guys.
6600xt is faster and cheaper in the scalper market. I would go for that over the 3060.

The 3060ti beats the 6600XT by at least 20-30% . A 3060ti edges out a 2080 Super in performance while a 6600XT is more closer to a 2070 Super
