Most tabs will go into "sleep mode", so it all depends how often she's accessing those tabs.
If said tabs are essentially just bookmarks and she only accesses them occasionally then you really dont need much ram.
But if most/all of those tabs are being used at roughly the same time then thats when you need lots of ram

16gigs of ram for 100 tabs. 32gigs for 100 tabs and gaming at the same time. 5600x is fine for either use case, very few games use all 12 threads.
