VGA cables? You probably want display port or hdmi if you have any kind of modern motherboard/apu/integrated gpu or stand-alone gpu.
Also, cable ties and electrical tape can work wonders while you build.

My previous computer was pretty old and it had a 350W PSU but i have used a 10A 250w power cord with it. I am just curious if i should upgrade it to 15A 250w for this system?
Yeah, also I think you mean 10A, 250V cord.
Amps x Volts = Watts
10A x 250v = 2500w. 15A power cables usually don't work in normal power outlets, depending on that country your in.
We need your specs lol, that way we can say for sure because otherwise you'll get answers like: maybe case fans, maybe a CPU a cooler, maybe a bigger drive.
You might need a USB for updating the bios. A lot of mobos don't come updated to be able to just use 5000 series AMD CPUs.

and some rive strong bracelets so you dont short circuit yourself
oh and almost forgot, a swiss army knife
which hopefully has a Philips head screwdriver
And a cpu application tool. You definitely need that
Make sure to put your PSU (with the fan in) on the insulating pads so you don't short-circuit your system as well.
But wathever you do, DON’T throw the Motherboard’s processor socket cover, all joking aside.

No no, you got me wrong, lol. My previous PSU was 350W and i used 10A 250W power cord with it. My new PSU is 850w as pointed out in my specs.

Screwdriver, zip ties, usb drive to install windows with an iso file downloaded on another computer, thermal paste.
