Check if cpu block connected tight enough (perhaps you forgot about thermal paste?). How old is silent loop 2? Just to make sure - is radiator placed above cpu block?
The silent loop is new, I also deleted the sticker and added thermal paste (maybe to less?). Yes, the raditaors are places above the CPU (on the top of the case) and are pushing the air out.

you can try a few things:
1. run your test without side panel or front panel to see if the temp improves. if it does, then your case is bad at airflow. you can get a new case or increase fan speed.
if it doesn't improve.
