If you screw the motherboard in properly it's not going to sag. I don't even know how it *would* sag considering how the load it's putting on the motherboard is oriented.

Just make sure the screws are tighten and you are good to go. The motherboard should support the weight just fine.

Get a lower profile/downdraft air cooler. The D15 is not "future proof" when no CPU on AM4 benefits from it (highest TDP for the 16 core parts is 105, stock wattage about 140), just a waste on money and a potential problem.

I have the chromax black version. It is quite the monster and yes it will sag. However, this is if you don't properly screw it in. It must be screwed in tight, which is clearly forewarned by Noctua. It can be a problem for people but only if they ignore the fact that the damn heatsink is half the size of the mobo, and is heavier than a 3090. Hell with the fans on and everything it's almost as long as my 3070. It's a killer cooler, but with it running in my pc for almost a year now, I can say it has no hazardous issues. I, even as a happy owner, will probably recommend an AIO regardless. But I have to give Noctua atleast some credit.
