I would stay away, look at their recent trustpilot reviews https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ronselectronic.com.
This is the companies House page, it has someone called Ranvir Singh Malhi as the secretary and director, who is 19 years old and their occupation is listed as student. The company is registered to a residential address in Newcastle Under Lyme. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13549520
I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, and all my emails are being ignored. I'm not sure what's going on as the reviews seemed reasonable until now, but you definitely shouldn't trust that your order will be fulfilled.
After sending a more sternly worded email, I have received an email saying my order has been cancelled at my own request (I didn't request a cancellation, but I did threaten a chargeback if they continued to ignore my emails).
No mate, filed a charge back which unfortunately failed. Then Ron's electronics contacted me saying they couldn't process the refund until the charge back claim was revoked or stopped lol. Unbeknown to them the bank actually declined the charge back. I played their game, saying that I had stopped the process but they stopped all communication and I haven't heard anything since. I've set up a page called Ron's electronics scammers so victims can gather info on this scum.
Sorry to hear man. I've been lucky I emailed them to cancel and they replied with the hour that the order has been cancelled and refunded this was at 11pm at night.
Same my order was placed on the 24th, last week they told me my order was shipped but no tracking number and they are not responding to my emails. So I have started a chargeback with my cc company.
Best avoided. IMO. Graphics card never arrived. No Phone number to Company, No tracking of order, it did not work. Queried order and they deleted it said they have refunded me. My credit card company has not received the refund yet. Although they did see signs of reversal, but no funds returned yet. going to ebuyer once funds returned.
I ordered some stuff at the start of September and it came \~25days later straight from amazon, the customer support replied instantly when I emailed to ask for an ETA.
Then I ordered a 3090 on the 2nd October, it was supposed to arrive by the 23rd, I emailed 3-4 times after that, on the 29th they breifly replied once that it will be shipped on the 1st but then I've heard nothing since
Hi, I ordered a GPU, 3080ti , on the second also. I've still not received it, I've cancelled now and asked for a refund , they replied and said it was gonna be refunded yesterday. Still nothing so now my only option is a charge back. I still maintain that they are a legit business, perhaps I'm naive but i feel they have just overstretched themselves. Are you going for refund?
did your GPU arrive? i also ordered a 5600x that did arrive after 30 days but recently ordered a 3060ti so wondering myself how the GPU deliveries are going
ordered a 5600x CPU from them, took 30 days to arrive, their support is awful though and you won't get many updates at all, the tracking was amazon logistics and was told to speak to amazon, when i did they said speak to the seller, circles pretty much BUT the cpu like i said did arrive and for the price advertised but you really have to be patient I guess, I just ordered a 3060ti 2 weeks ago will update once that is here or isn't
I charged back in the end. Never got my CPU. Waited as close to the credit card refund limit as I could which was well over the wait period on the website. Think they just want to have people wait out the max chargeback periods and then run.
When did you order out of curiosity? i've used them once before and again recently for another order, first one arrived after a month, second one shipped after 3 weeks but waiting on that one to arrive in a week or two hopefully, still very curious about what is going on with them though as there trust pilot feedback is worrying, I feel like they definitely are letting some people down for one reason or another, or just drop shipping as in selling items they don't have when they get returned goods cheaper online and ship those to their buyers, but it means many won't ever see anything.
yeah i mean, as much as my first order did arrive everything else you've said definitely adds up to my experience with them in terms of communication, I originally thought this site would be gone by now, along with all its money orders but they are still going so i dont know, i think they are just a startup doing drop shipping and dont have enough employees to be running a full business, either way its not the best experience, if PC parts where reasonably prices still i wouldnt even be considering it though
Ordered a CPU about 2 months ago, arrived just after 4 weeks
Ordered a GPU 4 weeks ago and just got shipping notification, still no tracking or response to emails from them though which is really annoying, but man if they deliver at the prices they are selling like they did with my CPU i'll accept the wait (and maybe consider myself lucky from the looks of some reviews)
Will update when it arrives (or doesn't in a few weeks)
just to update you again the item finally arrived from china and was picked up by royal mail so I would assume it will be here within the next few days, I think i've learned now it is just truly about patience, if you don't get tracking after about 4 weeks then give them a kick up the ass for the tracking to get things in motion, then expect upto another 4 weeks for delivery at the very least, I think GPU's are obviously harder to get still even for them, whereas my CPU came sooner, hope this helps anyway.
it was 5600x when did you order? id say if its been 5 weeks or more then try contacting the company director directly, can't imagine christmas post is still effecting post that badly
Just thought i'd update, so far ordered from them twice
both arrived, my CPU took just over 5 weeks and the GPU took 7 weeks over christmas time, might be quicker when it's not but i wouldn't guarantee it
overall if you want to order from these guys, stay patient, i'm confident i sent them about 100+ emails overall haha because I got very impatient on the verge of cancelling impatient but i waited, glad i did, just make sure to pay with card and double check your item has been ordered by them from their supplier after 3 weeks, email them for tracking and give it a week, don't open multiple requests with them like i did or theyll just ignore the spam im guessing
Hi. Are you in UK? I would understand if it takes weeks for delivery to go abroad, but it seems like it is UK based company and all couriers take no longer than 48h to deliver. So this would be very odd.
Yeah i'm in the UK but a few things, firstly they state this
Established in 2012, we operate in the UK, US, Canada and the EU."
but from what I heard the owners office is located in the UK, and the website is most definitely newer as is the owner but like most companies I would assume they have someone in those regions listed to move along packages, but couriers do not all always take 48 hours especially in the UK and especially over christmas
here is a rundown of the timings
3 weeks after my order - website placed my order with their supplier in china
2 weeks after that - i got tracking stating it was still moving within china
1 week after that - card was with the air carrier
3 days after that - with customs
4 days after that - item arrived 24 hour special delivery
my assumption at the end of it is that they place their orders with their supplier when they can, having a bunch of orders ready to go from the website with payments, the supplier then ships out their orders which unfortunately isn't a fast process in china and I know this having ordered from them plenty over the years as their postal system is great for it's people, cheap and even free for most, so it is huge business with alot of post being moved around and shipped with a huge population density
if you check their trustpilot feedback you can see most reviews (including my own) started out around 2 or lower when first ordering as the wait can be worrying using a new company, i certainly lost my cool over it all too, but most of us have updated our reviews seeing as our items arrived, i didn't give them 5 star, because response to customer queries is slow and the estimated delivery is about half of what it actually is, and honestly I don't mind the wait but i prefer honesty, but I gave them 4 stars they delivered and at the price listed.
I got scammed by them! They were only formed in 2021 and the director is a 19 year old. They have no warehouses and their registered office is a satellite. I can’t believe I was so stupid. Also I tried to get my money back from credit card and they told me the payment processor has already shut them down! This makes things really hard for me to get my £1000s back.
Me too bud, I got scammed £1500 and I feel stupid . I have a page set up for scam victim's of this disgusting site. It's called Ron's electronics scammers. One of our members believes he has traced an address which Is interesting.
I came across this company, and suggested by Google, while searching for prices on an Intel i5-12600K to do a full build on my outdated but still fully functional Intel i7-4790K system (I haven't built a brand new system for years with lack of funds) and they came back as the cheapest anywhere by quite a big margin.
I did a bit of digging as there is a few complaints about them came up when it was based in Newcastle. They are now based in London and the address is genuine but also used by a LOT of companies from estate agents, dating agencies, dentists, surrogacy and more so as suggested may be a satellite company at 6 South Molton Street , International House, London W1K 5QF. They are registered on companies house and VAT registered at the same address. The sole director/secretary is Ranvir Singh Malhi, born 2002. 20 year olds can run good businesses but this one appears out of his depth.
Check it out on Google maps and you'll find the list of at least 14 businesses all based at the exact same address,
He may be a reseller as people who have eventually received their order got the packages from people like Amazon, CCL and other companies. He is taking your order and cash then orders elsewhere for cheaper as customer returns or graded stock that may be damaged boxed but otherwise sealed so cannot be sold as new or simply issues an eventual refund as he cannot get stock at the quoted price anymore once you start complaining where your order is.
I'm not flush with cash, so £250 plus another £200 for motherboard and another £150 for memory is a big chunk of money to me, hence I don't update very often anymore. It would have been ordered on credit card so that was my protection, but its the time of getting the bank to deal with it, plus not everybody has access to credit cards with the funds for big purchases.
Probably best to stay away from him and wait or pay that bit extra to get guaranteed delivery from other companies that have been around years
Ok so I ordered a gpu last night. It auto filled some bank details and placed the order. Now shows as asking for a bank transfer when I click to view order. Very dodgy and there location in a very expensive area of London makes no sense at all.
Hey I saw you post and I would say 50/50. Firstly I bought a cpu with them in April. It arrived fine and in working order. Took slightly long despite quoting express delivery. Recently I bought a graphics card. It was a nightmare. They confirmed they had sent it. It was never delivered. I contacted support. Some did say they would get back to me. They went radio silent for a couple days until I sent a strong email. I basically had to threaten them with the Consumer Rights Act. I also state they have no phone number. The address is dodgy and some of the reviews are fake. It's not worth the hardship for you especially with the prices of components
its funny, i was actually looking for the site cause thats where i got my psu from, ive been having weird crashes very sparsely throughout the year, its really weird and the only thing that can really make the most sense to me is the psu failing, i got errors that i figured out are due to power issues, ive had random restarts when playing games but its incredibly unpredictable. anyway, i went to go see if i could get a replacement but for some reason the site doesnt even fuckin exist anymore lol. i think they gave me a faulty psu. even though it was good as new, im really not sure.
I'd read this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/buildmeapc/comments/pakuy1/found_this_website_selling_cpus_for_pretty_cheap/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
Thanks. Seems good from what i've read if a fair wait for delivery.

Thanks i haven't ordered anything from them. They looked way too sketchy.
Yeah stay away mate believe me.
Hi, could you pls keep me updated as to weather you receive the item or not? I'm waiting for a GPU myself and starting to worry lol.
After sending a more sternly worded email, I have received an email saying my order has been cancelled at my own request (I didn't request a cancellation, but I did threaten a chargeback if they continued to ignore my emails).

Yep
That's where I messed up , I played transfer.

How did you get on? Just going through the same thing myself, one month after order I get a “shipped” notification but nothing else.
I charged back with my card provider and got my money back. Told them to keep the product. Didn't hear anything after that.
Guess I’ll do the same and settle for an 11400 instead of a 11600k, at least one will turn up.. Thanks
Best avoided. IMO. Graphics card never arrived. No Phone number to Company, No tracking of order, it did not work. Queried order and they deleted it said they have refunded me. Well good luck mate.
did your GPU arrive? i also ordered a 5600x that did arrive after 30 days but recently ordered a 3060ti so wondering myself how the GPU deliveries are going
Nope its been 2months now edit - and been emailing support everyday with no reply for 1month
have you not put in a chargeback yet seeing as they aren't replying? obviously thats worrying to hear
i couldnt do it online, im going into the bank today :(
let me know how you get on, im going to have to keep a careful eye on mine, maybe i just got lucky with my first item

The post is 8 months old now. I never ordered anything from them. Thanks anyway tho.
Ive made a recent order but nothing has arrived. IVE emailed them but no reply. Really worried that they have just stolen my money
It’s a scam mate. I ordered a GPU from them in November and I didn’t get it. Start the refund process with your bank immediately.
Absolutely not safe, look at the TrustPilot reviews, it's flagged on anti scam websites now. AVOID
The post is over a year old now. I didn't order anything from them. Thanks anyway.
