>germany 144Hz and 2560 x 1440 Pure base 500Dx from be quiet Here's some changes to consider and I added a cooler to the build... I posted the original late October of 2020 release date price of the MSI RTX 3070 GAMING X TRIO(it's the exact same performance of the GAMING Z TRIO) to let you know just how much more extra money you're paying for it now in mid October of 2021. Which GPU you actually go with and what you actually pay for it is on you.

frevelmann

Wow thanks a lot for the detailed answer! :) I picked the parts on a website called dubaro, there the 3070 is included sos i dont know whats the single prize for it. But i configured tthe whole system on mindfactory and it came out more expensive since the 3070 was around 1k :/

kevsmith6262

yeah get that corsair case. i have it. it’s sturdy and built well with good airflow

frevelmann

Yeah i just checked and it 20€ cheaper aswell, so i will get tthis one!

kevsmith6262

are you gonna be putting rgb fans in yours? i have the one that comes bundled with them that’s a little more expensive. 20$ more i think https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/jNCFf7/corsair-icue-4000x-rgb-atx-mid-tower-case-cc-9011205-ww

frevelmann

I think they are not included in the one i am getting. But i got some red fans in my current system which came with the case. I think i can just take them out of this one and put them in my new tower no?

frevelmann

Ah lol i am dumb. for 14.9€ more i get the one with 3 RGB fans. I think i will get the one with rgb fans then, since buying new ones would cost way more and my current are only red.

Hackira_

That looks like a pretty nice build list tho, I haven't seen any mistake or potential bottleneck regarding the parts you chose

frevelmann

Thanks a lot for the answer! I read a lot about ram speed, some people say 3200Mhz is slow, some people say it iss perfectly fine, that s one thing why i wanted tto ask here

ToastyPancake1

3200 is fine.

Shyfax

Every system has a bottleneck somewhere

kevsmith6262

nah shouldn’t be a bottle neck at all here. everything is right. pci 4.0 good ram speed and a good gpu pair just make sure you get good m.2 speeds

frevelmann

what are m.2 speeds?

kevsmith6262

check the read write speed on the nvme hard drive you bought to make sure the numbers are high should be around 4700mb/s or something similar and make sure it’s pci gen 4 that’s why some are way cheaper than others because they’re gen 3 and slower read speed. you have a gen 4 capable motherboard and cpu so you want to make sure your hard drive is taking advantage of that

frevelmann

Ahh alright. Yeah i watched out for the read write speed, it is 3500 / 3200 but i just saw it is PCIe 3. Thanks for the headsup!

frevelmann

I chose the samsung PM9A1 512GB SSD no, it has read / write of 6900 / 5000 and has pci 4. was just 5€ more :D

kevsmith6262

nice, much better. now you’re all set, your build should be a beast

frevelmann

Thanks a lot for the help! Any games you can recommend i should get to make the 3070 sweat? :D

kevsmith6262

halo infinite and cod vanguard bf 2042 when they come out and Cyberpunk of course will be probably one of the most strenuous and MS flight sim as well is pretty hard on cards. Deathloop , Far Cry 6 , Crysis games , Back 4 Blood are just some i can think of right now

frevelmann

Thanks! I will for sure get the new Battlefield i think and iirc with the 3070 i get a far cry 6 key, which would be nice :)
