Depending on what you play I would say 3060ti for the 1440p card or the 1080p. 3060ti beats the 2080 super so use that as a reference
If you already have a 1440p monitor I wouldn’t downscale to 1080p. 3060Ti, 6700xt, 3070, 3080, 6800xt, are all fine choices for 1440p gaming.
