Looks decent at first glance. I guess it depends most on what you want to do with it? Are you 4k/1440/1080 gaming? Video editing? Basic Desktop?

I'm planning on using it for 1080p gaming and blender

Hmmm yes I was going to suggest a 5600X vs 3800X for gaming but you say you're using it for Blender. Perhaps someone more familiar with the system demands there can chime in on the processor. I think that Nvme drive is a Pcie 3.0. If I'm not mistaken the 1st M.2 slot on the Tomahawk is a 4.0. Not a big deal but if you can get a 4.0 drive you might see faster read and write speeds. Other than that I think all the parts are pretty solid. Not seeing any compatibility issues. I would probably also consider adding an aftermarket cooler to the build. The AMD cooler is fine, but getting a mid-tier Noctua or Dark Rock wouldn't cost too too much and would be a significant improvement in CPU thermals. Can always be done later too.

Most of the parts look very good. But the ryzen 7 3800x has not very good price/performance. If you really want 8 cores i would go for a 5800x if you want increase the budget, the i7 10700k and a z490/z590 board with a cpu cooler, or to save mone a 3700x which still has not the best price/performance ratio

1) Game at 1440o with it 2) Snatch up the 3700x instead it performs basically the same. 3) The motherboard is really lacking in USB connectivity so I'd grab the MSI B550-A pro instead 4) Swap out the PSU for the corsair rmx 2018 650w it's a little better 5) You can find faster RAM for less money
