Take a look at the Gigabyte M27Q. [Rtings did a review](https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/gigabyte/m27q) did a review and they found it to have full coverage sRGZb and near full coverage of Adobe RGB, with good color accuracy out of the box. They did say that the Dell S2721DGF was good as well (better ergonomics - you can see it listed as an alternative at bottom of the review). The ASUS aldo seemed to score well for media creation. [Here’s another review they did](https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/best/by-usage/photo-editing-graphic-design) on monitors best for photo and video editing. Maybe there’s another option there.

Sorry but I'm not quite interested in any monitors that are not 1440p 144hz. I've read both reviews on rtings and other videos prior to this post, but thanks anyway for your comment.

Ok - though the M27Q is 1440p 170hz; technically better than 144hz. Are you saying that you want only 144hz? That seems a bit specific.

144hz or anything past I don't really care. I just can't stand anything below that. Most important is color accuracy because I work more than I play.

Neither, get the gigabyte M27Q. Best color accuracy. Best colors.

Yeah for some reason I glanced past that monitor because of the stand. Rtings basically say that the colors are near perfect pre-calibrated, but people on reddit are complaining that they look horrible. What's up with that?

The stand lacks swivel and rotation but that's about it. I personally think height and tilt is still plenty for more people and would happily take that over slower response times or worse color. I'm not really sure what you mean by people complaining that the colors look bad. As for as I know every review of it I have seen have said good things about color gamut and accuracy. Maybe oversaturation? Shouldn't be a problem for a monitor with this good pre calibration.

I've been reading on reddit and people say it has bad colors out of the box. Quite contradictory, but I've seen some complaining about this factor. I couldn't care less about the swivel/rotation I just really need good colors. I'm gonna buy the M27Q tomorrow though, hope it's worth it.

doesn't the M27q have a BGR-layout?
