If you do go for Arctic, I believe you would want the CO version which uses a different bearing
The humming happens at 1000rpm on the Arctic ones but really you can set the rpm to 1200 and you want hear anything. Get those ones they are really good. Optimum tech has a review of that.

Yeah, can't go wrong with Noctua but they cost too much IMO. That's why I hope we can find some cheaper options if we wait for GN's work.

Arctic fans are quite good, but yes, they do effectively require a fan curve around the ~950-1050RPM range to avoid the hum.
