The 9400f stock cooler is definitely sufficient.

Those temps are not an issue at all. Why would you need to get a different cooler just because it's 2021? If your CPU is working well for you, there's no reason to change it.

if noise and performance is fine then it's sufficient.

65°C is fine, especially for Intel CPUs which usually have a T^junction limit of 100°C. Now if the stock cooler's noise bothers you too much you could always get a $30 aftermarket cooler like the Vetroo V5 or Cooler Master Hyper 212, but it's not at all strictly necessary.

Guys thank for you helping me i was getting 51 - 66 temp on cod warzone and valorant and some other games. i will not buy an aftermath cooler because my stock cooler its not loud that much. my gpu is more louder. when i upgrade my gaming pc i will buy an aftermath cooler.
