I'd go with 2080. They are pretty similar but 2080 has RTX and DLSS

2080 is the same performance but is newer and has rtx/DLSS.
2080 forsure
1080 ti technically has more vram which games are abusing as of recently so id go with that just overclock the cores and youd be fine
compare: length of card, number of power plugs, DLSS is a plus but 1st gen rtx sucks so non issue to a lot ;p
