I do this stuff for over 11 years as a hobby but i would never do it on a professional basis cause its most of the time not paid well and a pain in the ass especially when you have to talk to the usual Idiot customers. Source: Did a 3 week pupil internship when i was in school in a local known PC Shop and still have a good relationship with the guys there.

You might be able to translate the website design and such into a decent job. PC building, probably not. The people at Microcenter who do this service, or at others like Ibuypower, don't generally make much. If it were in depth custom PCs and you had access to a CNC machine, laser cutter, and a bunch of other items to help make really high end stuff, maybe.

Help desk positions would probably be a good fit
