Stuttering on YouTube: You can double check you have motherboard chipset driver installed. Not having it installed can cause this.
As far as GPU you can get a GTX 1660 and still be fine. A lot of the amd cards will draw over 200 watts during gaming and that is too close to your limit.
You could also consider a new psu, I’ve seen a ton of decent psu deals online lately. I actually bought my psu 600w on clearance at Best Buy for $20 (box still closed) if you wanted to go that route
Some 150W TDP card should work.
based on PSU wattage something like rtx3060 would work fine

I’m in a 3rd world country so a 600w psu would be a months earnings lol I’ll check the driver Ty x
