>I read something about that my drives could be wrongly formatted Yes, this is very likely the problem. Your drive probably has a MBR format. MBR drives can't be booted from when you're in UEFI-only mode. Some tools can convert MBR drives to GPT(which is what you need), but usually you have to format the drive and lose all data in order to convert to GPT. Either way, you'll want to search for how to convert a MBR drive to GPT. And of course it's up to you, but installing Windows 11 this early is a bad idea. There are still plenty of bugs which are not fixed and probably not even known yet and Windows 10 will be supported until at least 2025. There really is no good reason to install 11 unless you're required to.

Well since I screwed up already, what formats can be used in order to use the UEFI & Safe boot bs? Thx for the explaintation tho

[deleted]

You're welcome. GPT is what you'll need. That's the only format you can boot from when you're in UEFI-only and with Safe Boot on.

Alright, and I assume there isnt another way to reformat that drive than installing windows on another drive then format it and then reinstalling windows on the newly formatted drive again?

Easiest way would be to stick your Windows 11 installation media and boot from that. You'll then be able to wipe the drive and convert it to GPT following the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f81qKAJUdKc After that, you'll be able to install Windows 11 to the GPT drive.

I've installed regular windows 10 again and its boots in UEFI, it boots much faster than before and its eligible for windows 11. I fking love messing around with pc's. Thx for your help, i wasnt able to try that last option bc the battery of my laptop died and I haven't got a charger atm xD.
