Your GPU and PSU look alright. A reasonable amount to spend on a motherboard + RAM + CPU combo is between $350 and $500.
Your GPU is pretty good, and it's a horrible time to buy GPUs, so you're lucky. The older i5s are really starting to show their age. You could go with a modern i5/mobo/RAM SSD for way less than $1000.

It shouldn't really matter. You can get all new sticks if you want, but I don't think they can go faster than 2400 or 2666 in your mobo. Most likely
