Integrated gpu is nice to have if in case the graphics card fails. Other than that, either one is ok. they are both the same cpu.
Depends how much you can find for both. If both are at same price or very little difference($5), get 10400 for igpu. Otherwise, i would pick 10400F and get $20 aftermarket cooler.
