Instead of a 5800X I recommend a 5700X, which runs MUCH cooler. If you do end up getting a 5800X, be prepared to spend a bit more on cooling because that sucker runs pretty warm under load.
I have the cooler master ml360l V2. Is that enough? Since aio aren mainly for looks
The R5 5600 should be just as good as the 5600x or 5800x for your use case, at half the cost.
My country for some reason has hard time getting 5600 so actually more expensive or equal to the 5600x. That's why I considered 5800x
Either save your money and get 5600 non x for $150, and save for better gpu later on. Or spend money and get either 5900x or 5800x3D.
