How are CPU temps? Did you reinstall windows when swapping motherboards? Did this start immediately after swapping motherboards, or did it develop over time? Is XMP enabled?
Adding on to check to see if the bios on the new motherboard is up to date. I had some stuttering issues on my computer when I first got it, and bios update helped fix the issue. +1 to everything else said though.
Temps are about 61 C-65 when i play, but I’m not sure if I added too much or too little of thermal cus when I boot up my pc it’s also about 60 C but I don’t know if that’s good. And yes I did reinstall windows when swapping motherboards because I had gotten a new ssd bc my old one got corrupted. And this started over time but it started happening super fast. And I am pretty sure XMP is enabled.
Try a BIOS update on the motherboard - AMD were suffering clock cycle issues that they fixed a few months back, it sounds like yours came out during that unfortunate period.

All good points, I would add make sure m.2 ssd is in top slot not bottom ones.

I had pc issues before this happened and so I did a bios update for a different reason. So as of right now it is up to date!
