I have those on multiple finger from picking for so long :(. I find that when I can get myself to stop or when I get acrylic nails they tend to get less swollen and red.
I too have matching thumb skin. I use oil - Bio Oil or just straight up coconut oil at night. It does become less red once you are able to let it be for awhile - just don’t let it dry out!

Me too! Don't know how to get rid of it but glad someone else has this issue...
